Ramen with mushrooms

INGREDIENTS (for one portion) :

- 5 grams of mushrooms 

- 1 pack of ramen 

- A few spinach sprouts

- 1 drizzle of olive oil

- Salt and pepper 

 

Recip Ramen with mushrooms

1.Rehydrate the mushrooms in a small amount of cold water.

2.Fry them quickly in a pan with a light drizzle of olive oil. Set aside.

3.Then fry a few spinach sprouts. Set aside.

4.Prepare the ramen in 18.60 fl.oz boiling water, cook for 3 minutes and then stop the cooking process by adding the ramen in iced water. Drain and set aside.

5.Bring 10.14 fl.oz of water to the boil and add the preparation into a ramen bowl.

6.Pour in the hot water while stirring.

7.Add the ramen, mushrooms and spinach.

8.Season to taste and serve immediately.
