WHO ARE WE?
Nishikidôri's genesis is linked to Olivier Derenne's love of Japan, its rich culture and refined cuisine. After years of travelling the globe, he was captivated by Japan's hidden treasures and decided to devote his career to sharing his discoveries. This passion for Japan and its culinary traditions are the foundation of Nishikidôri.
Each local product selected complies with French and European legislation, guaranteeing the absence of bisphenol A and harmful additives, as well as the food safety of the containers. With a dedicated team of 10 people in Japan and 20 in France, Nishikidôri is committed to offering excellence and authenticity in every product it sells.
