Ochazuke

Often eaten after a meal, Ochazuke consists of a bowl of rice over which hot green tea is poured. This traditional Japanese dish is served in a bowl with rice and is often accompanied by condiments such as tsukemonos, umeboshi plums, eggs and nori seaweed.

Our blends are based on powdered barley miso, accompanied by either katsuobushi and kombu, sansho or katsuobushi and shiso.
