Dried Morita chili pepper
Morita chili peppers are similar in shape to chipotle peppers, but are darker and brighter, smaller, and have a unique fruity flavor.
Although these peppers are smoked like the most common chipotle, the process for them is shorter.
If a recipe calls for these peppers and you don't have any, you can use Chipotle instead.
